A1. When you request for AS to the head office or construction company, a refurbished product will be replaced and installed.
     Before AS is performed, please proceed in the following order.
     ① Turn off the power switch at the bottom.
     ② Open the cover of the manual control device at the bottom.
     ③ Turn the manual control device in clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust temperature.

A2. Open the manual control device cover at the bottom and turn the manual control device in clockwise or counterclockwise
     to adjust temperature until the power is turned on.

A3. 1) The smart Tap requires AC power connection.
     It is necessary to check whether it is possible to install a waterproof outlet on the ceiling or wall of the bathroom.
     2) If the water pressure of the household is too low, the use of the smart tap may be dissatisfied.
     It is recommended to install it where more than 100ml of water comes out per second.

A4. First, check whether the boiler is out of order or whether hot water is supplied normally.
     If the boiler is operating normally and hot water is supplied normally, request for AS to the head office or construction
     company.

A5. Check if there is a power failure or the switch at the bottom is turned OFF.
     The smart Tap can be turned ON-OFF with the switch at the bottom.

A6. To save electricity, it is recommended to turn off the power switch at the bottom or set it to ‘ECO mode’ by pressing the
     setting button for more than 3 seconds.
     When reusing, be sure to turn on the power switch to use normally.

A7. The smart tap limits the maximum temperature to 45 ℃ to prevent surprise and burns due to sudden high-temperature
     water discharge.

A8. The smart tap is designed to adjust the water strength according to the rotation angle of the lever.
     Turn the lever slowly to set the proper water pressure.

A9. The smart tap supplies only hot water when the water in the hot water pipe is cold, and automatically mixes
     and supplies hot and cold water when normal hot water is reached.
     Therefore, the strength of water is stronger when supplying a mixture of hot and cold water than when supplying only
     hot water.
     If the strength of the water is too strong, adjust the rotation angle of the lever to set the appropriate water pressure.

A10. Since AC power is used, do not disassemble, assemble, remodel, or repair.
       In case of arbitrary disassembly or assembly, normal AS cannot be received.
